This project involved producing a series of animated explainer videos for PayPal across five regions — Mexico, Australia, Germany, France, and the United Kingdom. Each market required its own localized story, product messaging, and language, reflecting the differences in PayPal’s offerings across international audiences.
The challenge was building a system that could maintain a consistent visual identity while adapting to the needs of each region. Every animation had to feel native to its market while still clearly belonging to the PayPal ecosystem.
Because each region had different PayPal products and user experiences, every video required tailored messaging and visual sequences. Scripts, typography, and UI flows were localized for each country, ensuring the content felt natural and culturally relevant.
Working across multiple languages and production timelines required a flexible animation framework that allowed assets, scenes, and UI elements to be adapted efficiently while maintaining visual consistency across the entire campaign.
A significant portion of the work involved recreating PayPal’s product interfaces and animating them in a clear and engaging way. This meant building detailed UI sequences that accurately reflected the platform while still feeling polished and cinematic.
Through careful timing, transitions, and motion design, the interface animations helped simplify complex financial tools and guide viewers through each product experience with clarity and confidence.
